Descripción de la oferta: GBSB Global Business School is looking to bring into its team an Academic Program Lead with an immediate availability based in Barcelona responsible for delivering outstanding, student-centered educational experiences, by leading and equipping staff with resources, systems, and prerequisite skills to achieve our GBSB Global educational development ambitions We are looking for a professional with minimum 5 years experience in the Higher Education management and full understanding of Spanish and EU Higher Education System.

The responsibilities will include:

- Managing online and on-campus BA programs;
- Managing, on a day-to-day basis, the overall performance of the academic programs;
- Administrating all the academic aspects of the programs;
- Cooperating with the Academic Team in forming and supervising the budget for the full academic year;
- Attending any senior management or meetings as required;
- Ensuring the high quality of education offered online and on campus;
- Supporting students during their study journey;
- Updating curricular and teaching methodologies;
- Selecting, training, and offering ongoing support to Faculty;
- Ensuring the right management of educational programs and the meeting of accreditation requirements of different accrediting bodies;
- Undertaking such other duties as delegated by the Head of Institution/Dean.

Requirements:

- High level of written and spoken English;
- Fully understanding of Spanish and EU Higher Education system;
- A substantial breadth of experience in the higher education sector as an academic leader or similar;
- A thorough knowledge of the operating environment of the institution with a well-defined vision for the program;
- A thorough knowledge of the operating environment of the institution with a well-defined vision for the Faculty;
- A significant record of success at a senior academic leadership of coordinating academic and administrative staff and managing physical and/or financial resources;
- Evidence of excellent and effective communication skills appropriate to operating at a strategic level;
- Evidence of the necessary interpersonal skills required to galvanize, revitalize and lead the staff of the faculty along with the skills to cultivate appropriate internal and external networks;
- Strong leadership skills in teaching and administrative strategic priorities.
