Descripción de la oferta: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to existing and potential customers via email. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will have to show good communication skills, patience, and ability to provide appropriate solutions and handle worldwide customer inquiries and complaints.

You can choose to work from our office in Alcorcón (Madrid), Spain, or from home: WORK SCHEDULE Wednesday to Sunday 10:00-18:00, Monday AND Tuesday (OFF)

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Grado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: Fluent level of English (Minimum B2, C1 Preferred)
· Excellent attention to detail
· Capacity to work well within a team and the ability to work
independently
.Receive and resolve customer questions and issues and track them
in Zendesk (internal support system)
· Decisiveness and the ability to make decisions under tight deadlines
· Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (or similar)
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented
environment
· Passionate about football/rugby a major plus
· Fluency in other languages is a bonus

Horario: Wednesday-Sunday 10:00-18:00, Mon-Tues (OFF)

Salario

Salario: 20.000 €- 20.000 € Bruto/año
