Descripción de la oferta: Lexic Language Solutions is a leading translation company in the life sciences and healthcare industry, providing translation and localization solutions to pharmaceutical and medical device companies that need to market their products globally and provide quality content to healthcare professionals and patients.

We are going through a period of expansion and need to bring in a project manager with experience of the German market. We are looking for people who are eager to learn and demonstrate their skills, who want to work and be challenged on a daily basis, in a young and flexible working environment where involvement and commitment are key.

MAIN DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a project manager with a perfect command of German, who is able to organize, plan and lead the execution of complex multilingual projects, coordinating the chosen team to ensure the success of the project and to ensure that the final product delivered is of the highest quality and meets the expectations and deadlines set with the client.

FUNCTIONS

· Plans and manages complex multilingual projects involving localization, translation, interpretation, layout and revision phases. Responsible for the design and monitoring of the entire project, from pre-production to client delivery, ensuring its correct execution.

· Controls the defined budget, costs and timelines.

· Selects, coordinates and monitors the linguists and other team members assigned to each project. Establishes the flow of communication and negotiation with all participants, either internal or external. Efficiently communicates project objectives and project success criteria internally and externally.

· Calls and chairs internal project kick-off meetings as required. Attends any client visits that may be scheduled in relation to the project. Attends their team's daily production review meetings.

· Takes responsibility for the correct final delivery of the project, both in terms of punctuality and adherence to the quality requirements set for the project.

· Together with the Key Account Manager participates in the resolution of any quality issues identified by the customer with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.

· Participates actively and proactively in the continuous improvement of the department and the optimization of work processes. Works with the Production Team Leader & the Operations Director and other team members to improve processes.

· Keeps the project budget under control and strives to improve on the gross profit margin that was originally set.

· Takes responsibility for managing any changes sent by the customer and is responsible for keeping all customer-specific information resources up to date, with the help of quality controllers if necessary.

· Is in constant and direct contact with the client, together with the Key Account Manager assigned to the client. Is the first line of customer support for any problem or query.
