As a Customer Representative some of your daily responsibilities will be:
1. Manage service Subscriptions (New subscription, subscriptions information, update products and services, etc).
2. Billing (Change payment method, billing incidence, invoicing and other billing related issues).
3. Update personal information. (Transfer services when vehicle is sold).
4. Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other complex resources.
5. Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Document and report every case. Follow quality standards and procedures.
7. Manage claims, suggestions, and hearing customer's feedback on the product.
8. Ensure quick solutions in an efficient way respecting SLAs.
9. Routinely communicate accurate delivery information, and promptly update customers when changes occur.

- A full time job, with first a 4 months contract with an ETT and then a long-term contract
- Work five days per week, including working on weekends. Two weekends per month are OFF.
- Work from home (teletrabajo) available. Working from other locations, including working from other European Union countries up to 15 days per day is permited.
- For candidates living in the province of Barcelona, Madrid or Pontevedra we offer the hybrid working model (3 weeks from home - 1 week from the office). Candidates on other locations can work 100% remote, according to BOSCH SO HO policy.
- Expert trainers will guide your training during your first weeks, and you will be assigned an 'Onboarding Specialist' to help you on your onboarding phase to BOSCH.

Salary is composed by:
- Base Salary: 16.488,73€ Gross per year + 1435,20€ gross per year for language plus + 1435,20€ gross per year Language Adder danish + 24€ gross per month home office plus + 60€ gross per month as non-fixed bonus (after six months) + 355,68€ gross per year per sunday plus. Total salary including all these concept is aproximately 20.133,17 € Gross per year.
- 32 paid days of holidays per year (28 calendar days + 4 single personal days).
- Working hours are night shift.08-16
Selection process:
- If you meet all our expectations, we will contact you by phone or email and invite you to a first interview with one of our recruiters.
- If the interview was successful, you will be selected to participate in our technical selection with the final candidates. (ST 18.07-20.07 10.00h-17.00h)
- You have convinced us? Then you will be employed by us from 24.07 and you will start your training.

Requisitos mínimos: -Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner. Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in dansih (C2 level, Native or equivalent) and English (C1 Level) is required. Multiple language capability is desirable.
- Candidates must hold a valid EU working permit and a spanish NIE number.
