Descripción de la oferta: DESCRIPTION Surface Transportation (ST) Demand Planning Team
are looking for a Senior Program Manager who can raise the bar of internal and external customer experience in Pan-EU and UK transportation network.

Key job responsibilities
- Own strategic development of ST Demand Planning existing and new initiatives ensuring that they can bring benefit across organizations, will be aligned within involved teams and receive all required approvals for implementation.

- Represent Team's function and scope when being involved in external initiatives to assure transparency and timely alignment in various solutions implementation.

- Work closely with Tech teams, Applied and Research Science teams to develop tools & programs, representing the business side. Bringing clarity into prioritizing and planning resources for Projects development and timely completion.

- Develop reliable and trustful partnership with E2E Stakeholders, increasing awareness and sharing knowledge about Demand Planning. Ability to influence across senior leadership groups.

- Daily monitor of the network Forecast performance KPIs (using existing Reports and Dashboards, Excel, SQL). The objective is to identify the issues and track implemented improvements.

A day in the life
Every day you will work in a cross functional environment with the aim to support our Stakeholders in identifying cost saving and performance improving opportunities and driving them across the organization from inception to completion.
The role implies usage of operational knowledge, diving deep as to identify gaps and opportunities in the planning area. The candidate is expected to become a key contributor to Programs, that are focused on aligning the workflow, inventing better planning tools and implementing them on short-, mid- and long-term.
