Our client is one of Europe's leading consumer retailers with a presence in 14 countries. They are looking for new talent to join their team in Barcelona, and to be responsible for supporting the German market by ensuring the smooth resolution of transportation-related claims.

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle transport claims in an independent way, by gathering all information needed, using the internal system to receive, process, and manage the end-to-end claim lifecycle in a timely manner

- Collect accurate information and documents to resolve the claim, by communicating with all relevant parties

- Analyze claims, and evaluate their validity

- Manage all administration aspects of the claim, monitoring its progress and keeping the files up to date

- Support the manager in analyzing claim trends, identifying potential problems, and providing insights to improve transportation services

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Bachillerato
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: -Previous experience in a customer-facing role

- Experience in claims administration and/or the transportation/logistics industry is a plus

- Proficient in MS Office

- Strong communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads

- Flexible, multitasker, and adaptable to changes

- Proactive and able to work independently, but still a team player
