Descripción de la oferta: To be responsible for the overall supply chain management across the Facilities. Logistics Team Leader responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.

As a responsible you will oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials in our organization. You will be requested to control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure customers receive products on time. Logistics responsible oversee warehouse, inventory control (test samples), material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers. Also prepare worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules. The responsible may prepare reports for upper management.

Main Duties

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services inside the Facilities.
Directing, optimizing and coordinating Logistic Cycle, end to end.
Coordination of Test Sample Activities (from Logistics point of view)
Ensure the execution of the logistic tasks according to the planning.
Ensure the execution of the loading / unloading process as per IDIADA's procedures.

Other Duties

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
Cross functional activities with Customer ( internal / external )
Direct, optimize and coordinate Logistic cycle.
Keep track of quality of the loading / unloading process.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements as per customer requests.
Organization of parking lot management
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a Logistic Responsible
Record of successful distribution and logistics management. Experience in collection / delivery process will be a plus.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Proficient in standard logistics software. (SGA)
Hazardous goods experience / knowledge (the person will manage cars with lithium batteries and/or electrical vehicles)
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects even from the very starting point.
Ability to manage the change.
Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive Knowledge of logistics processes.
Fluent in English, is a must
