Job description

Within Talent Development area and reporting to Talent Development Manager the main responsibilities of this position will be:

Collaborate and partner of BUs in order to support them and integrate different Talent Processes, building effective relationships and provide valuable insight to drive key talent focus.
Implement the Key People process worldwide and collaborate in the different Professional Development Plans conducting skills gaps analyses to determine personnel needs in order to shape excellent development plans.
Deploy effectively the Leadership Model of the company in the different BU of Applus IDIADA analyzing and adapting the system according the results with an efficient use of resources and optimizing company's systems and tools.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

Experience: minimum 5 year of experience in HR department
Experience HR projects; designing, leading and implementing these projects in different areas and countries.

Languages: good english and spanish level

Good communication skills and proactiveness
Facilitation of strategic business discussions
Design and delivery of interventions/leadership programs/workshops
Demonstrated capabilities to influence upwards communicate effectively across the organization and culture, and engages others with passion and energy.
High capacity to lead the implementation of HR project and practices internationally
Analytical and goal oriented

Other requirements
Willing to travel 50% of his time
