Descripción de la oferta: The primary objective of the role is to support and lead Field Managers and all-brand distributor networks on all training-related subjects - private and retail Distributors (Automotive industry).

Responsibilities:
· Ensure the skills development of Field Managers and trainees from distributor network, in particular for new entrants and/or new distributor appointments, on training issues (LMS tool and processes)
· Analyse reports to identify distributors to be trained
· Animate training in accordance with existing program and format
· Apply approved planning by Customer's team
· Identify and share best practice in retail networks across the value chain
· Implement action or communication plans with the Back Office Team

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Grado
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 3 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: Core Competencies:
· Strong affinity with IT and understanding processes: interfaces, data transfer management, etc.
· Proven experience in the field of Management/Invoicing and Learning Management Systems - LMS, for at least 3 years
· Identification with the corporate culture (efficiency, results orientation, flexibility, adaptability, short-term change management)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills (spelling and rhetoric)
· Perfect command of the common MS Office applications with a particularly thorough knowledge of Excel
· Knowledge and/or mastery of information and/or invoicing systems
· Knowledge of Access or equivalent would be a plus
· Rigour, organisation and autonomy
· Ability to analyse and summarise
· Language skills: Native French / English fluent
