Descripción de la oferta: We are looking for a project manager to join our project department.
We are a company located near Barcelona, specialized in designing, producing and assembling automatized systems.
The new position will be a project manager responsible to lead projects directly with clients, starting from the design up to the implementation of systems in our customers building sites and the final buy-off.
The coordination and completion of projects are followed on time, within given budgets and delivery scopes. Therefore, it is necessary to set deadlines, monitor and summarize the progress of projects and prepare reports regarding status of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.

Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Teamworking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proven working experience in project management and/or engineering.
- Language skills: Spanish and English (mandatory). Additional German skills to be preferred.
