We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work on a hybrid based model and to be responsible for providing customer support to clients in Italy, Balkans countries, Israel and South Africa customers being the back up for Middle East, Morocco, Egypt , Asia and South America.

General Responsibilities:

Within its main functions this position implies:

Sales orders processing from order receipt to invoicing.
Customer Master Data, creation and update.
Complaints management and issuing of customer credit and debit notes.
Follow up of orders blocked by credit and collection process with customers.
Reporting support to Sales Team (sales volume, open sales contract, etc.)
Close cooperation with Logistics department for volume optimization and shipments.
Close cooperation within the Customer Service Team.
Cross-functional cooperation with Credit, S&OP, Sales & Marketing, QA departments.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciatura
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: Italian (mother tongue), English , Spanish (other European languages are a plus)
2 years of experience in Customer Service.
SAP and Export knowledge is a plus.
Proactive attitude and problem solver.
Autonomous at work but team player.
Professional communication.
Customer focus and detail oriented.
