About the role:

We are in search of a Treatment Planner to join our team full time.

In this role, you will design precise dental treatments using 3D scans, review and amend plans, and foster positive patient relationships through video calls. Incentivized for efficiency and quality, your goal is to achieve outstanding results for our organization and patients.

Responsibilities

Design dental treatments from 3D scanned images, being able to define trim lines, process initial 3d models and perform segmentation.
Review different dental treatment plans ensuring Impress standards are met, requesting treatment plan changes from our suppliers and design teams to exceed patient expectations
Comply with Impress quality standards and clinical protocols at all times demonstrating best practices
Provide support to teams who are in direct contact with patients requesting treatment plan amendments to assist with improving patient satisfaction
You need to pay great attention to detail and know how to read Orthodontist prescriptions, understand clinical observations, read x-rays and focus on exceeding patient satisfaction based on what they request
You are expected to understand the submitting physician's prescription form, select appropriate clinical comments regarding treatment.
Update and complete the cases assigned by superiors such as complaint follow-ups, reassigned cases, and any cases that require special medical translation assistance or attention
Efficiency and quality KPI target need to be met in order to provide a satisfactory experience for our patients
Use CRM correctly to change case ticket statuses and manage patient relationship affectively
You will need to represent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs that will exceed their expectations
Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meetings in the clinic, telephone calls, video conferences and via email communication
Deliver WOW experience to every patient by being extremely polite, courteous, patient and understanding.
Hold video calls with patients in order to explain treatment plans to answer any questions or concerns and offer alternative treatment plans for patients not eligible for immediate aligner treatments.
Make presential visits to the clinic to meet with patients to discuss treatment possibilities if needed
