About the role:
As a Product Manager you will focus on owning and developing the overall product roadmap, whilst helping on the strategic and long-term challenges the company will face. You will set high standards in every aspect of your work. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all processes, training requirements and quality of our customer products reflect these standards.
We are a fast growing company looking for committed managers ready to challenge themselves and willing to assume more responsibilities as they grow with us.
In this role, you will:
Lead the Patient Experience team, supporting our customers and patients every step of the way, from explaining the nuances of treatment and the first clinic visit to navigating a patient through the end of their treatment;
Be the product representative for a core product module of the Impress portfolio; the Impress mobile app and the personal area in the web. Providing a core capability for our patients to store, access and control all of their personal and health data;
Deliver products that support our human-centered services, enabling our customer and patient care teams to deliver world-class, personalized care;
Identify and provide all products and services that better meet the needs of our patients to successfully achieve the desired treatment outcomes;
Own your product roadmap in alignment with business goals, in partnership with your engineering and design team leader, as a TRIO;
Assist in the Agile product development process and use Lean approaches to break down big ideas into valuable pieces to deliver quickly;
Build and nurture your product vision by gathering as much insight as possible (from users, your team, data analysis, competitors, and user research);
Partner with other executives and directors, and work closely with management to set strategy and lead the way in building world-class products;
Ship products fast and often.
What you need to be successful:
3 to 5 years of product management experience;
Fluent in English;
Advocate strongly on behalf of our patients;
Background in working with consumer-facing ecommerce, marketing and development teams and omni-channel customer experience;
Experience in companies that combine digital and physical products or services;
Experience managing complex and long user journeys;
Experience working with legal/compliance and sales operation teams;
Genuine business acumen and understanding of the key drivers for growing a business.
Fluent in Spanish;
Experience in startups.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once;
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and deliver results;
High degree of independence, initiative, proactivity and enthusiasm;
Have experience owning, understanding and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics, monetisation and P&L;
Previous experience working in a health care services company;
