At Isagri we’re developing the Agroptima product, which is a SaaS (app+web) made with farmers and for farmers. We have 2500+ customers that use our product to manage and improve their farms. Our vision is to make agriculture more efficient, profitable, and sustainable with data-driven farming.

For us, doing it well means having the right communication tools, making everything happen online, feeling human proximity despite the distance (with different types of online social activities during working hours), etc. the team even gave a talk (in English) about it some time ago, we share it with you :)

We are seeking a new team member who can contribute to the full stack. The main focus will be dedicated to the backend and you’ll also be able to develop the front-end, mobile app or infrastructure when the task requires it.

How we work:

We are 14 people in the engineering team including development, design/UX, QA, product, and a bot named Bender. Do you want to know more about us? Here we are! Ferran, Amalia, Laura, Nuria, Quique, Arias, Vero, Pardiez, Vicent, Luis, Jose, Salva, Isma and Frami.

* We do flexible 2-week sprints.
* We release code to production multiple times per day (using our bot).
* We love pair programming, TDD and we apply SOLID principles.
* We do peer/mob code reviews.
* Our backend uses Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, and we implement Hexagonal Architecture.
* Our frontends use Ember / React (webapp), React Native (mobile app) and SQLite.
* Our infrastructure uses Docker, K8s, Terraform and Ansible.

What you bring:

* Experience (>3 years) in Python, Django and DjangoREST.
* Collaborative person: a humble team player that likes to learn and teach.
* Fluent in Spanish and good written English.
* Love pair programming.
* Can’t live without testing, ideally TDD.
