LiveTicketGroup is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat - Customer Support Specialist with fluency in English. As a Customer Support Specialist for LiveTicketGroup, you will be providing exceptional support to diverse clientele, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while resolving any inquiries.
Responsibilities
· Provide support via multiple communication channels; mainly live chat, but also via email, and phone
· Engage with potential customers to answer any queries they may have about products and services
· Troubleshoot issues reported by LiveTicketGroup customers, providing positive customer experiences in addressing their concerns
· Guide customers in making ticket purchases, ensuring that all the instructions are clear and straightforward
Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: GradoExperiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: You are fluent in English (Minimum C1 or Native). Additional languages are highly beneficial
· Minimum 2 years of experience with Live Chat
· A passion for customer service, with previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
· Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (or similar) and Live Chat
· Be tech-savvy, able to learn quickly, and comfortable using various software tools
· A team player, comfortable working within a team
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to deal with customers from different cultures and backgrounds
· Passionate/Knowledgeable about football/rugby is a major plus
· Availability to work in dayshift (Mon-Sat between 10:00-18.00)
