Descripción de la oferta: Live Tix Group SL is a sports ticket marketplace where fans can purchase tickets for hard-to-get football and rugby matches across the globe. We have been operating since 2006, serving over 900,000 fans and counting. Our goal is simple, make tickets available to fans and provide friendly customer service while doing so.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for reviewing order submissions and fulfillment. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will have to show good communication skills, patience, and ability to provide appropriate solutions and handle worldwide customer inquiries and complaints.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Imprescindible residente en: (Seleccionar)
Requisitos mínimos: Requirements
· Fluent level of English
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
· Empathetic and understanding in character
· Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and intermediate computer knowledge
· Passionate about football/rugby a major plus
· Fluency in other languages is a bonus
· Permanent Spain residency

Horario: Mon-Fri 11:00am - 7:00pm

Salario

Salario: 17.000 €- 18.000 € Bruto/año
