Puesto vacante: Senior Software QA/Tester

Descripción de la oferta: Asaitec is a Spanish company located in Madrid created in 2013 that provides offshore Java services for European companies. Our goal is the development and maintenance of different services and applications.

We are looking for a senior software tester who is a team player, who can work independently and working together in a approachable and open dialogue and evaluate his/her work with a critical eye, performing the following functions:

- Based on the functional requirements, you are responsible for drawing up and
documenting the test cases and test scenarios. In this way you ensure that the
adjustments are in accordance with the requirements of the Product Owner.
- You run the various test scenarios and provide the necessary reporting: logging
defects, adjusting scenarios, etc.
- You communicate with the development teams on how the quality of their projects is
evolving.
- You identify and prepare documentation that is useful to manage the knowledge of
the team.
- You are part of the Scrum team, where you work together with developers, functional
analysts, testers, ....
- You participate in the various Scrum events, and provide the necessary input from
your role.

The following skills are mandatory:

- 5 years of experience as a QA/Tester
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of SQL, XML and SOAP
- You have experience with GUI and API testing
- As a Functional Tester you have a thorough knowledge of interpreting the functional specifications (use cases)
- Affinity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Safe) so that you can adjust your test approach accordingly

It will be assessed:
- Experience with test management tools (Selenium, Cypress,...)
- Certification in ISTQB foundation or Tmap.
