Descripción de la oferta: Looking for 1 native Italian speaker with excellent English to help our customers find and book the best language course. Italian must be native. This will be tested.

The position is 100% remote work so living in Barcelona is not mandatory. An additional language will be a plus.

WHAT TASKS YOU WILL BE DOING

* Atención al cliente en italiano/ Italian customer service.

* Attending incoming enquiries by email, phone and chat to assist them in finding the best language course abroad for them.

* Processing bookings in communication with our partner schools all over the world.

* Revision and validation of machined translated texts from English into Italian

YOU ARE

* Able to communicate at native level in Italian both written and verbally. Writing skills in Italian must be of very high standard.

* Able to express yourself clearly in oral communication and come across as both friendly and professional in communications by email and phone.

* Confident in communicating in written English. You are able to express yourself very well in writing with good English spelling and punctuation.

* Intelligent and a fast learner.

* Innately motivated to do things well and do not require anyone else to feel motivated.

* Self confident.

* Able to type at high speed.

* Proactive and enjoy contributing with your own ideas for improvement.

* Used to work in a result-oriented, professional work environment and have previous experience in similar area.

* Able to handle stress well in occasions of temporary higher workload.

* Service oriented and get satisfaction from finding the ideal solution.You are emphatic.

* Organised. You are able to manage your time well.

* Ideally proficient in a third language.

YOU NEED

* A good, fast and reliable internet connection.

* Availability for 39 hours per week until 19:00, possibly 21:00.

:WHAT WE OFFER

* 21000 € gross/year + performance bonus based on 39 hours per week.

* Possibility to work from anywhere you like. 100% remote (as long as your workspace is quiet). If you wish you can also work from our office in Barcelona. It is completely up to you and what you prefer. We do not require you to be present any time in Barcelona.
